Overview
Many will call it an icon. Only one will call it home. The King Penthouse is an ultra-residence, inspired by those found in the global cities of New York and London. Sitting high above the pinnacle of the Greenland Centre tower in the heart of the Sydney CBD, it possesses all the elements and luxury features one would expect in a world-class penthouse home.
I was asked to develop a website and brochure that would not only showcase The King Penthouse, but also the other product offerings within the Greenland Centre tower – including Diamond Collection sub-penthouses, apartments and amenities.
Website
An elegant website was designed that utilises simple navigation and lots of beautiful renders and imagery to really showcase this premium asset. The website is responsive across all digital devices and translated in both English and Mandarin.
Brochure
For the clientele that are either less tech savvy or prefer something more tangible, an elegant 78 page King Penthouse brochure was also designed. The brochure utilises a hardcover, transparent pages, spot UV varnishes and foils to give it a premium finish.
